ULC Systems Down for Maintenance October 15-18
ULC’s Association Management System (AMS)—the system that houses member profiles and contact information, supports event registration, and provides access to several ULC platforms—will undergo a major upgrade this October.
From Thursday, October 15 to Sunday, October 18, ULC members will temporarily be unable to access any ULC systems that require a login, which includes:
Members will not be able to register for upcoming ULC events or purchase ULC Academy products during this maintenance period.
You will still be able to receive and send Member Hub messages directly from your email inbox, but you will not be able to access these messages within the Member Hub.
The upgraded system is expected to relaunch on Monday, October 19. At that time, all ULC members will need to reset their password the first time they log in. This required step will help ensure the security of member accounts in the new system.
Because the maintenance period falls toward the end of the week and over the weekend, we hope this timing will minimize inconvenience to members. ULC will share reminder messages leading up to the upgrade and will send an additional reminder during the week of October 19 with information about accessing the new system.
