The Urban Libraries Council has spent 50 years enriching communities by strengthening and promoting the value of libraries as essential public assets. During the 2022 Annual Forum this November in Washington, D.C., ULC members will gather to mark this moment in history and celebrate strengthening and promoting the value of libraries.
