The Urban Libraries Council has spent 50 years enriching communities by strengthening and promoting the value of libraries as essential public assets. During the 2022 Annual Forum in Washington, D.C., ULC members gathered to mark our 50th Anniversary and celebrate strengthening and promoting the value of libraries.
