Weekly Four-Part Series for Career & Jobseekers

San José Public Library, Calif.

Education - Children & Adults | 2020

Innovation Synopsis

The library created a virtual four-part series that can be taken progressively or independently where patrons work to create a strong resume, have their resume reviewed and practice interviewing and networking skills. The virtual mock interview built upon the idea of first teaching "how" then allowing a space to practice and review. We aim to insure our customers are prepared for the competitive job market as a result of COVID-19.

Challenge/Opportunity
