Fellows, Sponsors and Coaches all have unique roles to play in ELI; the Fellow as student and the Coach and Sponsor as guides (and occasionally as students as well). Because these roles are unfamiliar, especially to the Sponsor and Fellow, we have designed tools to help participants understand and take advantage of the lessons to be learned in each role. These resources explain these roles further and facilitate their performance.
