Madison Public Library: Public Project of the Year

MPLMadison Public Library, WI, has been awarded the prestigious Public Works Project of the Year for its Central Public Library Renovation and Expansion project by the American Public Works Association.

Madison Mayor Paul Soglin comments, "This is a great accomplishment and well-deserved recognition for the great work...in the design of this building. We have an environmentally sound, structurally resilient, incredibly user-friendly structure which was actually recycled from our previous library."
