Getting Ready for Summer Learning!
ULC Member Libraries across North America are gearing up for summer reading and learning. Some libraries, like San Francisco Public Library, have already kicked off summer programming, while others, such as Howard County Library System, plan to launch next week. Congratulations!
The National Summer Learning Association (NSLA), one of ULC's key partners, will celebrate National Summer Learning Day on Thursday, July 14, to raise awareness of the importance of summer learning and recognize the work of the many organizations that #keepkidslearning. ULC encourages our member libraries to connect to a vast network of education leaders by adding their summer learning programs and events to NSLA's interactive map.
