Executive Board
The Executive Board is the primary decision-making body of the ULC. Representing both ULC members and major stakeholders of North America 's major public libraries, the board sets direction and guides the ULC's programs and its development. In addition to ad hoc meetings called by the chair throughout the year, the board conducts formal meetings three times a year: in the fall and at the Midwinter and Annual Conferences of the American Library Association.
